David Dawkins

David began his career in commercial real estate in 2002 and joined Commercial Real Estate Solutions, LLC in 2006 to focus exclusively on tenant and buyer representation. As a strategic real estate consultant, he combines in-depth analysis of each client's business objectives and facility requirements with market knowledge, financial analysis, and intensive negotiation skills to ensure that each client finds the optimum solutions to his/her real estate requirements.

Prior to joining CRES, David was an Associate with The Kucera Companies Real Estate Investments. He represented tenants and landlords in leasing office buildings and the sale of medical office condominiums. Prior to working in real estate, David was a Project Manager at 212 Studios, an enterprise software firm where he was responsible for client assessment and requirement analysis, and for the delivery and implementation of the firm's software.

David holds an M.B.A. from St. Edward's University and a B.S. in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin. David is a C.C.I.M. candidate. He was a member of the Young men's Business League and served on the board of directors. David is an active volunteer at the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce where he currently serves as The Chair of the Ambassador Program and previously served as a Team Leader. David was also involved with the Small Business Task Force. David is an active parishioner at St. John Neumann Catholic Church.

David and his wife Melissa have two sons.
