Bill Lawson

Bill is an analytical planner, scheduler, cost estimator, and manager of virtually all types of commercial construction. His portfolio includes the successful completion of new construction projects such as 1717 West Sixth Street, King Street Commons, 1601 Rio Grande, Waterford Center, Drake Veterinary Hospital, and the historical renovation of 801 Congress Avenue. Prominent tenant improvement projects include National Financial Partners, Hills of Lakeway Clubhouse, Gray Cary Ware & Friedenrich, Lance Armstrong Foundation, Texas Mutual Insurance, and GSBT, PC. Bill has completed more than 2,000,000 square feet of tenant improvements in the Austin market.

Bill received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University in 1982. He has served as President of Georgetown Pop Warner Association and has coached virtually all youth activities. He is also an avid pilot and golfer.

Bill is married to Kristine Ann Lawson and has five children.
