Jack is a 25 year veteran in the Austin commercial real estate market.  With a single focus on tenant representation, Jack has been successfully representing clients in leasing office space.  With an out of the box attitude on tenant representation, he serves his clients by researching and presenting market conditions, proposal solicitation, financial analysis and comparison, lease document review, and continued service throughout the lease term.  With  a career that spans two decades, Jack has become an expert in the industry, representing numerous companies across real estate strategy implementation, site selection, and relocations.  He received a degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University in 1983.  His partial client list includes:
