Kyle Frazier

Kyle began his real estate career in 1999 focusing on the university area submarket while attending the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduating from UT Austin with a B.A. in Economics, Kyle started his own real estate brokerage called Austin Realty Experts. Armed with years of university area market knowledge, Kyle co-wrote and published a workbook detailing the advantages of investing in university area real estate. From this, College Real Estate LLC was born. After launching both real estate companies, Kyle and his wife Jennifer followed a non-profit, Campus Crusade for Christ, to Argentina to work as organization Leaders.

Now back stateside, Kyle is investing his time in a company that he believes in while doing what he loves the most. Kyle joined Commercial Real Estate Solutions in January of 2009. At CRES, Kyle is able to help his clients build their businesses while leveraging the experience and abilities of the biggest exclusive tenant representation firm in Austin's commercial real estate industry.

Kyle enjoys anything outdoors but especially running or competing at one of the local races. He and twin brother, Erick competed in “The Toughest Boat Race in the World” otherwise knows as the Texas Water Safari back in June of 2006. Both Kyle and Jennifer are actively involved in non-profit work and have a special heart for anything Argentine.
