Jeff Lovaas brings to Commercial Real Estate Solutions finely tuned analytical skills in real estate consulting and development with a focus on the healthcare industries.  His resume includes clients in the life science companies, group medical practices, and hospital / clinic systems throughout Texas and in the continental United States.  This focus on the healthcare tenant allowed him to become a trusted expert in the industry.

Prior to joining CRES, Jeff founded Salus Healthcare Real Estate Group.  Advocating solely on behalf of healthcare industry tenants, as Jeff still does today, Salus was merged into CRES in early 2009.  Over the past ten years, with the creation of Salus and his association with previous real estate groups, Jeff has built a breadth of knowledge in real estate trends, site selection, development, and construction.

Jeff sits on the legislative board of the Texas Medical Group Management Association (Texas MGMA) and is actively involved in all Texas chapters.  He is also a member of Travis County Medical Society (TCMS), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  In the real estate industry, he is a member of the local CCIM chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is working toward his CCIM designation, a highly respected graduate level “degree” in commercial real estate analysis.

Personally, Jeff was previously a board member of and participant in the Young Men’s Business League (YMBL), helping economically disadvantaged children of Austin through the Sunshine Camps Foundation.
