Molly began her Real Estate career as Project Developer for Shulman Architects in Miami, working on Mixed Use, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Reuse and New Construction projects. When she moved to Austin in 2004 she briefly shifted to Residential Real Estate with Keller Williams, and then worked with the Scheffe Commercial Group before joining Commercial Real Estate Solutions in July of 2008.  She has represented Tenants and Buyers in various industries such as restaurant, land acquisition, office and retail, and clients include Tech Ranch Austin, Centex Materials, Blu Café Bar Lounge at 360 Condominiums, Big Sky Pediatric Counseling, and Webb and Webb Attorneys.

As a Real Estate Consultant, she combines her knowledge of the market with in-depth financial analysis, strategically advising her clients on their best options. Urban Development, especially in the downtown Austin market, is of specific interest to her, as she is a strong advocate for dense urban living with all the amenities that the suburbs provide. She is completing her CCIM Portfolio, is a Diplomat for the Austin Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce.   

Molly brings a broad knowledge of other urban areas from her previous careers.  As an Actor, Singer or Stage Manager she has worked in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Miami, Kansas City, Sarasota, and in the last ten years has either lived, worked or travelled to New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto, Baltimore, Santa Fe, Helsinki, Venice, Rome, Milan, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Paris. She has a BA from Bethany College and MM from the University of Minnesota.  She is happily the office Opera Cheerleader (her husband being an international conductor), and challenges everyone to see at least one Opera.
