Katrina Tolentino

Marketing and Research Associate

Katrina comes from a residential real estate and business development background. She began her industry experience while attending the University of Texas Austin working with her family's real estate brokerage. At UT, she pursued her interest in the urban environment and received a BA in Urban Geography, focusing on spatial analysis, GIS, housing issues, and urban/economic development. She has held positions in title companies, consulted on investment projects, demographics and market research, builder marketing efforts, worked with clients on leasing and purchasing opportunities, and managed a team of real estate agents. Katrina is a licensed real estate professional.

In her spare time, Katrina volunteers for social media driven  fundraisers such as Austin Twestival and Austin Tweetsgiving.  Most recently, she has joined the event planning committee for non-profit Cause to Celebrate.  In her not so spare time, she networks, travels, and cooks.
